We Won't Fly

Online group, We Won't Fly, has organized to resist the Transportation Security Administration's intrusive radiation-based full-body scans and the optional TSA pat-downs. We Won't Fly's Web site, http://wewontfly.com/, contains a lot of useful information and helpful tips about how travelers can lawfully resist and oppose these invasive measures. We Won't Fly encourages travelers to avoid flying whenever possible, refuse full-body scans, file complaints about abusive TSA pat-downs and other violations, notify hotels and airlines about changes to personal travel habits due to this out-of-control government agency.

November 24 Is National Opt-Out Day for TSA Full-Body Scans

Full-Body Scan Image (Image Presumed Simulated)

Amid a growing furor over the Transportation Security Administration's intrusive full-body scans, a group is forming a national day of protest against the TSA's egregious virtual strip searches. Protest organizers are asking you to standup for your privacy on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (November 24, 2010) by opting out the radiation-based full-body scans and demanding the pat-down instead.

If enough people opt-out of the full-body scan , the TSA will be overwhelmed and be forced to rethink this horrible invasion of privacy. You have the right to avoid the radiation and the imaging of your naked body. When asked to go through the full-body scanner, all you have to say is, "I opt out." You will then receive the pat-down. If the TSA employee does not behave himself or herself, file a complaint immediately. You have a right to this.

Go to www.optoutday.com to learn more about this national protest and learn how to get back some of your privacy.

TSA Surpasses NAMBLA As the Largest Group of Child Molesters in America

Small Child Getting TSA Pat-Down

For many years, NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association) was the largest organized group of child molesters in the country. They have now been surpassed by the Transportation Security Administration. The TSA's controversial radiation-based full-body scans have put parents in a horrible predicament. If a child is selected for a full-body scan at an airport security screening checkpoint, the parent must then choose between having his or her child exposed to the radiation of the full-body scanner or subjecting the child to groping by a TSA employee in the optional pat-down. Either way, the child gets exposed to things a child should never have to endure: radiation, exploitation, and molestation.

No matter which option the parent chooses, the TSA will commit a felony against the child. If the TSA scans your child in a full-body scan, they will be capturing an image of a child's naked body. This is child pornography. Imagine if some adult were going to a playground with one of these full-body scanning machines in a van and demanding children pose for it with their arms and legs spread so he could virtually peak under their clothes. The pervert would be arrested within an hour and spend years in prison.

If the parent wishes to not subject the child to posing for child pornography, the child may have his or her entire body touched by an absolute stranger during a pat-down. TSA employees may even touch the child's genitals. Intentionally touching a child's genitals without a specific medical reason is child molestation. Imagine if a school teacher went poking around a random child's crotch to make sure the child did not have any contraband in his or her underwear. The teacher would be fired and arrested as soon as the parents found out about it.

This is what the TSA has brought us. They take naked images of our children or fiddle with our kids' genitals. Either way, the TSA gets to engage in felonious and exploitative sexual acts with whichever children they happen to choose from the airport security screening lines. This is a child molester's dream come true. They get to pick children out of a line (like a perverse smorgasbord of innocent young flesh) and then get to either allow a complicit colleague to virtually look under the child's clothes or just feel up the kid directly. Even better, the parent gives permission and stands by helplessly while it happens. Best of all for the perverts, they get paid to do this all day and never get arrested. The TSA is paradise for anyone who likes to look at naked kids or grope them, and your tax dollars are funding the whole thing.

Are you a parent? Are you concerned that a child molester might be thrilled at the idea of having a job where an adult gets paid to look at naked images of children and/or touch children's genitals? Does it bother you that a TSA employee may be finding sexual gratification by looking at or touching your child under the guise of security?

Quote of the Day - Left or Right Boot

"When the government's boot is on your throat, whether it is a left boot or a right boot is of no consequence."

Census Worker Beats and Rapes Handicapped Woman

In Indiana, a volunteer Census worker, Daniel Miller, is being accused of breaking into a house he had previously visited on his Census rounds. In the house, he allegedly raped a beat a 21-year old handicapped woman. He probably gained knowledge of the handicapped woman while he was conducting a Census interview.

This is the fault of the Census Bureau. They are collecting information not required by the US Constitution. Collecting all of this extra information creates a need for lengthy interviews and visits to the interiors of people's homes. If the Census were just asking for a simple count of people as mandated by the Constitution, these interviews could be conducted in seconds at the door of the residence, by simply asking a homeowner one question: How many people live at this residence?

TSA Forces Handicapped Four-Year Old to Remove Leg Braces and Walk

According to Daniel Rubin of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Ryan Thomas had a bad experience while trying to board a flight to Disney World. Ryan, a four-year old boy with malformed ankles and weak leg muscles, wears leg braces to help him stand and walk. Well, on his way to Disney World, he had to pass through passenger screening and was ordered to remove his leg braces by a Transportation Security Administration agent. His parents objected, but the TSA agent insisted that Ryan go through the metal detector by himself without the leg braces. His parents could not even carry Ryan through.

The TSA claims this action was against their policies, yet it was done. A small boy was humiliated and put in danger, because the TSA agents apparently do not understand TSA polices. You can now rest well tonight knowing the brave people at the TSA are keeping our skies safe from handicapped preschoolers.

Drop the Deduction or I'll Shoot

The Internal Revenue Service is buying shotguns. Specifically, they are buying 60 Remington Model 870 Police RAMAC #24587 12 gauge pump-action shotguns.

With such a short barrel (14"), these are very aggressive weapons. This is not a weapon designed to wound. It is designed to kill instantly. One shot from a shotgun like this could easily kill a full-grown man. Shotguns like this are ideal for storming houses, engaging in close-quarters combat, and killing anyone who resists.

Hmm, what do you think the IRS has planned? This acquisition is probably part of their dependant-reduction program. It is nice to know the IRS is opting for stopping power when selecting weapons.

On the bright site, the IRS has good taste in weapons. Here is something very similar to what they are buying: http://www.remingtonle.com/shotguns/870tactical.htm. (The IRS shotguns will have an upgraded adjustable stock.) These are very nice, functional weapons, and any gun owner would want one in his/her collection.

As a private citizen, it is not legal for you to own a shotgun like this without a special permit, payment of extra fees, and submission of a lot of paperwork. This sort of weapon has been deemed too deadly to be owed by law-abiding citizens. At least you get the pleasure of buying one for the IRS when you file your taxes this year.

Pay your taxes or else!

TSA Employee Plants Fake Drugs on Passenger as a Joke

University of Michigan student, Rebecca Solomon, had a joke played on her as she was boarding a flight at the Philadelphia International Airport. As she was going through security, one of the Transportation Security Administration screeners, presented a small plastic bag of white powder and questioned her about it. When Solomon appeared to be sufficiently terrified, the unnamed TSA screener let her off the hook and let her in on the joke. Needless to say, Rebecca Solomon was quite shaken by the incident. The TSA joker is no longer working for the TSA.

Okay, so this was just a joke, but this shows what sort of people are working at the TSA. These jokers have tremendous authority and the power to destroy people's lives, and they are not necessarily responsible, rational people. What if the plastic bag had contained explosive material or drugs? What if this warped TSA screener just wanted to see someone go to jail for his own amusement? If he was sadistic enough to play a joke like this, maybe he could be sadistic enough to go further. Who knows how warped this TSA guy may be?

Well, maybe this explains how all of the terrorists are getting through security with explosives and weapons. We, the law-abiding citizens, are standing in long lines, holding our shoes, being treated like criminals, and getting felt up by frisky security guards while these TSA losers are goofing around, and letting the terrorists sneak onto the plane with exploding underwear.

So, we have all of this great security. It does not seem to be making us much safer. The only thing it seems to be accomplishing is making life more difficult for normal, non-violent citizens. The TSA should be ashamed of the people they employ, the way they abuse their power to violate the privacy of innocent people, and the terrible job they are doing protecting this country.

Federal Trade Commission Plans More Control over Blogs

The Federal Trade Commission is currently making plans to exercise more control over blogs. At issue is bloggers who endorse products and services. If a blogger endorses a product or service, the FTC wants to place the blogger under scrutiny to make sure the blogger is not receiving undisclosed compensation. For example, if a mother likes a toy she bought for her kids and writes a positive article about the toy, the FTC would want to make certain she did not receive any sort of compensation for the article from the manufacturer or retailers.

On the surface, this FTC initiative sounds like a commonsense measure to protect the consumer from false testimonials and deceptive marketing practices. The reality, however, is much worse. This move is probably just a way for the Federal government to expand its jurisdiction over blogs.

The blogosphere is one of the few places left where people can report and/or read unvarnished truth. Bloggers freely report what they see and know. Sometimes the bloggers are absolutely right, and sometimes they are dead wrong. Regardless, the blogger exercises his or her freedom of speech, and the Web community has the choice to accept or reject the blogger's facts and views. In an age of diminishing mainstream media, numerous press scandals, and outright bias in the major news outlets, the blogs have become an important tool for delivering news and commentary. Sometimes, the only place to find the truth is on a blog.

The Federal government currently has significant influence over major media outlets, so politicians and officials know they can somewhat manage their message in the mainstream press if need be. The politicians and officials have far less control over the blogs. They have to know that, when the rest of the media fails to report the truth to the population, the bloggers can still disseminate the important facts and write the tough things that need to be written. This freedom of expression has got to make a lot of powerful people nervous. Certainly, they are looking for a way to control the voices of the bloggers.

This FTC initiative is just the first intrusion into the Web-based free press. The Federal government will use this expanded jurisdiction as a launch pad for deeper intrusions. This year, the government wants to go after product endorsements. Next year they may want to go after political endorsements. Where does it stop? Perhaps, in a few years, any blogger who writes about politics or current events will have to register with the Federal Communications Commission and be subject to their scrutiny. What is we ever have a corrupt President who chooses to abuse this sort of authority.

The FTC's move to investigate blogs should deeply concern us all. When the Federal government begins exercising control over private citizens' freedom of speech, it jeopardizes the ability of private individuals to freely express opinions and report information. If you ever think you may want to express yourself on a blog or want to have the option of seeking the truth from independent citizen journalists, this affects you. Be concerned, because the First Amendment is in danger.

Homeland Security Considers Veterans Potential Terrorists

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, a woman who is eerily similar to former Attorney General Janet Reno, is standing behind a controversial Homeland Security report it recently sent out to law enforcement offices. In the document, "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment," Homeland Security wants law enforcement to watch certain Americans who it perceives as domestic terrorist threats. If you are against abortion, support immigration controls, etc., Homeland Security considers you a possible right-wing extremist and potential terrorist.

The Homeland Security report also identifies veterans as potential domestic terrorists. These brave veterans have gone overseas and risked their lives to serve this country. The Department of Homeland Security now intends to thank them for their service by spying them in case they decide to become terrorists and attack the country they once defended.
