TSA Gate Rape Resistance Gets Claire Hirschkind Arrested

On December 22, 2010, Claire Hirschkind, a 56-year-old rape victim was arrested at Austin-Bergstrom Airport in Texas after refusing a TSA pat-down. Claire Hirschkind could not pass through the full-body scanner due to safety concerns about a pacemaker-type device imbedded in her chest.

Hirschkind told a female TSA agent not to touch her breasts during the pat-down. The TSA agent insisted she would touch the rape victim's breasts. When Hirschkind refused to have her breasts touched by the federal employee, she was forced to the ground and arrested.

The story probably has a few more details that will certainly add to the reasons behind this woman being pushed to the ground. Logic says there must have been some sort of additional resistance, but this is the TSA, so logic is not necessarily applicable. Thee fact remains, however, that an innocent, law-abiding rape survivor with a pacemaker-type device was humiliated, inconvenienced, and tormented because she did not want a federal employee to touch her breasts.

How many more places can you imagine this going on? Imagine trying to walk into Grand Central Station and an NYPD cop stops you and says, "I am going to have to feel your breasts and crotch before I let you in the building."

Don't worry. This sort of thing will not be happening for at least another few weeks. If it makes us feel a little safer, it's perfectly okay, right?

United States Government Will Use Mexico Violence to Expand Gun Control

As the drug cartels continue to war with the Mexican government, a group of innocent people have found themselves in the crosshairs. The governments of the United States and Mexico are claiming that many of the weapons used by the cartels (maybe 80%) are being smuggled into Mexico from America.

The governments are alleging United States citizens who are using their clean records to purchase guns and transfer them to traffickers who smuggle guns into Mexico. Of course, many of these guns end up being used in crimes.

As you may have guessed, the governments of the United States and Mexico have decided to fix this problem by infringing on the Second Amendment. These governments want to put more intensive controls and supervision on gun purchases by innocent Americans. The U.S. government could go after the smugglers, but they are choosing to cast a wide net and go after general gun purchasers. Those who legally purchase two or more guns in a five-day period and live near Mexico are being placed under special scrutiny.

Instead our rights being violated, why can't Mexico do more to control their borders? We in America, have to deal with all of those drugs and aliens pouring across our borders. Why can't Mexico handle their own business and keep the guns out?

By the way, Mexico keeps complaining about how their cops are outgunned by the cartels, but we keep seeing these videos of Mexican government employees, destroying AK-47s, AR-15s, etc. that were seized from the cartels. If the Mexican cops are so outgunned, why don't they just use the weapons they seize from the raids on cartels? Better yet, why don't the Mexican cops just capture those weapons at the border and use the guns while they are all shiny and new?

The solutions are pretty obvious. It is insane that law-abiding U.S. citizens should be asked to sacrifice their Constitutional rights to make things easier on cops in a foreign country.

DC Metro Bag Searches Are Unconstitutional

On December 21, 2010, random bag searches began for those wishing to board the DC Metro system. Passengers are selected at random to undergo searches of their private property. Those who choose not to be searched are not allowed to board a train. This is unconstitutional, and here is why.

The DC Metro, like all public transportation, is funded by the taxpayers; therefore, the DC Metro is public property, which belongs to the taxpayers. Barring innocent taxpayers from public property without just cause is a violation of civil rights and a misuse of public property.

Those who have already surrendered their rights to the TSA in order to get on a plane will cynically reply, "This is no different from the airport. We have surrendered our rights there, so we should surrender them on the DC Metro."

This is a flawed argument. Commercial airplanes are private property. Taxpayers do not own the airplanes, but they do own the trains. Yes, it is wrong that innocent people get violated when attempting to board planes, but the plans are private property, so the owners of the planes do not have to allow people to board. The DC Metro trains are different. The taxpayers own the trains, and they are intended for public use, so the taxpayers have a right to ride the trains. Making people subject to searches before being allowed to board a DC Metro train is barely different than making people subject to searches before allowing them to walk down a public sidewalk.

Monitoring America

The Washington Post is running an excellent, in-depth article about extensive surveillance of ordinary Americans. The article, "Monitoring America," by Dana Priest and William M. Arkin details a vast network of databases, computers systems, and information-sharing programs used by law enforcement to watch and track virtually everyone in a broad variety of ways such as facial scans, license plate scans, cellphone tracking, civilian reports, undercover infiltrations of activists groups, FBI files, etc.

Waste Watch Gets Your Garbage Man to Spy on You

Depending on where you live, your garbage man probably comes by your home once or twice each week or so. While you are inside sleeping, showering, or eating breakfast, your garbage man is out by the curb handling your trash. What you may not know is that your garbage man may be spying on you.

A program know as Waste Watch trains garbage men how to observe suspicious behavior on their routes and report this behavior. Authorities can then investigate the reports and see if a crime is about to be committed.

Sure, Waste Watch sounds like a practical enhancement to law enforcement, but having civilians actively spy on other civilians is a scary proposition. Do you really want the man who visits your home early in the morning and has access to virtually every discarded document, container, item etc. that leaves your residence to be reporting things about you and your property to the government? Think, for a moment, about all of the things you throw out. When you throw them out, do you intend for them to just go away, or do you anticipate they could possibly scrutinized by someone?

When the garbage man is observing your residence from the curb, what sort of things might he be noticing? If you have some bags of fertilizer stacked on the side of your house, will he report that you could be making bombs? If your friend parked a car in front of your house and the garbage man notices some political bumper stickers on the vehicle, will he report a potential radical? What if he notices you are discarding some boxes for high-end electronics, will you be reported as a thief?

Keep in mind that, if your garbage man is spying on you, he will be at your residence once or twice per week looking at your property and everything you discard. Do not do anything suspicious within view of the garbage man. You just might find yourself under investigation.

Civilian spying was one of the most effective tools of the Nazis. It is really becoming fashionable in America these days.

TSA Sees Your Maxi-Pad with Full-Body Scan

If you are menstruating when you go through a full-body scanner, the TSA can see your sanitary napkin. The sight of your sanitary napkin may even inspire a thorough hand search around your vagina.

In one infamous, but unconfrimed, incident, an unnamed sexual assault victim and Army veteran was menstruating when she went through a full-body scan. An agent spotted her sanitary napkin and called for an extensive groping of the woman's crotch.

Homeland Security Seizing Domains Without Trial

The Department of Homeland Security has chosen to seize many domain names with little or no warning. The site seized by the Department of Homeland Security include sites that help people download torrents for copyrighted material, such as movies and music. The seized sites also include those that deal in suspected counterfeit designer goods like purses and watches.

The sites were simply seized without a trial, and this should horrify business owners. Apparently, if the Department of Homeland Security thinks your business aids people in acquiring counterfeit or pirated goods, Homeland Security can simply take your domain, essentially putting you out of business.

There is something even more terrifying to consider here. The practice of seizing domain names without a trial could be used to infringe on the First Amendment. Imagine if an online news site posts a video, photo, audio clip, or passage of text and the Department of Homeland Security thinks the owner of the domain posted the copyrighted content without proper permission. What is to stop the Department of Homeland Security from simply seizing the domain of the suspected site?

Imagine if the Department of Homeland Security decided to shut down sites that are critical of the government. All they would have to do is browse the site, find some piece of copyrighted content that appears to be used without proper permission, and seize the domain without a trail. This would allow the Department of Homeland Security to effectively shut down almost any site. Even if a site had proper permission to display every piece of its content, it would not matter. Since there does not need to be a trail, the owner of the Web site would not get a chance to defend itself, and the Department of Homeland Security could simply shut it down. The Department of Homeland Security effectively now has the power to eliminate free speech on the Internet.

When the Department of Homeland Security was created, we were told it was to protect us from terrorists and foreign invaders. How exactly is shutting down suspected torrent trackers and sellers of counterfeit goods protecting us from terrorists? The Department of Homeland Security is completely out of control. Today it is torrent trackers and counterfeit purse sellers. Who will be next?

For your reference, below is a list of the domain names currently known to have already been seized by the Department of Homeland Security. Certainly, many, many more will follow.

TSA Could Spread Germs and Parasites on Dirty Rubber Gloves

Pubic (Crab) Lice

On WorldNetDaily, Bob Unruh explains the potential for TSA agents to spread viruses, bacteria, parasites, etc. from passenger to passenger via the rubber gloves they wear during searches. The TSA wears those rubber gloves to protect themselves from contaminants on the passengers. Those gloves are not there for your protection. The TSA disregards public health and safety by not changing those gloves between searches.

Since these TSA agents are digging around in people's crotches, hygiene is of incredible importance. People's crotch areas can contain all sorts of nasty things: fecal matter, urine, semen, lice, bed bugs, fungus, etc. Underwear and other clothing can harbor all of these things and more. If a person happens to have poor personal hygiene, the contamination levels can be horrific, especially if a person has been travelling for many hours and has not had access to clean clothes and a shower.

Sure you may be a clean person, but what about the dozens of people who were in line before you? Were they all perfectly clean? The TSA agent sticking his hands into your waistband and reaching into your crotch to fondle your genitals through your clothes may be wearing gloves that have come in contact with the same places on numerous people. Do you want the contaminants of dozens of crotches transferred to your crotch?

Here is an even worse thought. After a thorough frisking from the TSA, you are likely to adjust your clothes. When your hands touch your contaminated clothes, your hands become contaminated. If you happen to accidentally touch your face before washing your hands, you could be spreading the contaminants of many crotches to your face. All sorts of illnesses and infections could spread in this manner.

If the TSA cared about the public, they would be changing rubber gloves before every search, but they do not. When going through your TSA pat down, you have a right to request the TSA agent use a fresh pair of rubber gloves. For the sake of your own health, you should always request fresh gloves.

Did TSA Reduce Full-Body Scanner Use on Opt-Out Day?

If you were watching the news on November 24, 2010 and anxiously awaiting the sight of long lines at the airport security checkpoints and heated confrontations between angry travelers and TSA screeners, you were disappointed. What is normally a very busy and hectic travel day was actually quite calm. In fact, the day was eerily calm.

Most of the footage from the airports showed short lines and pleasant travelers. This is just not a normal atmosphere at an airport on the day before Thanksgiving. Considering it was National Opt-Out Day, this was down right bizarre.

If you noticed, there was very little footage of people undergoing full-body scans or pat-downs on November 24. The news stations showed some stock footage from previous days, but we saw very little, if any, footage of travelers actually being scanned or searched on November 24.

The absence of conflict means one of a few things:

1) The public's aversion to the TSA scanners and pat-downs was grossly overstated.
2) Travelers who did not want to be scanned or groped simply avoided flying all together and traveled by other means.
3) The TSA used the full-body scanners sparingly to avoid embarrassment or attention on November 24.

The first two explanations are possible, but the third explanation raises some serious concerns. If the TSA actually reduced use of the full-body scanners on a major travel day, we can assume either the TSA knows the scanners are not that important to safety or the TSA chose to put public safety in jeopardy for the sake of avoiding an uncomfortable media spectacle. Either way, this is alarming.

Since the full-body scanners must have some sort of security value, we are left to think the TSA just chose to avoid controversy on November 24 so they could go back to using the scanners at-will in the near future. Perhaps the public backlash that has been growing against the TSA has gotten them scared. It would not be surprising if the TSA has decided to back off on the scanner use for a little while until the public calms down and gets distracted by something else. Once the public outcry has died down, the TSA can go back to using the scanners as much as they want.

Regardless of what happened on November 24, the TSA needs to be clear about how they did or did not use the full-body scanners on that day. The public has a right to know if the TSA put public safety in jeopardy to avoid controversy. In the unlikely event the general public actually has very few problems with TSA scans and searches, the TSA should present travel data from November 24 and demonstrate this point with hard facts. The TSA's awkward silence on this issue is very telling.

TSA Employee Kidnaps Woman from Airport and Rapes Her

Transportation Security Administration employee, Randall Scott King, has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping a woman from a MARTA parking lot at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and raping her. The TSA, the same agency that wants to capture images of you virtually naked, grope your genitals, and rub their hands all over your children's bodies, hires mentally unstable and violent sex criminals. The guy who is looking at naked scans of you tomorrow morning could be kidnapping and raping you tomorrow night. How can we possibly trust the TSA?

We Won't Fly

Online group, We Won't Fly, has organized to resist the Transportation Security Administration's intrusive radiation-based full-body scans and the optional TSA pat-downs. We Won't Fly's Web site, http://wewontfly.com/, contains a lot of useful information and helpful tips about how travelers can lawfully resist and oppose these invasive measures. We Won't Fly encourages travelers to avoid flying whenever possible, refuse full-body scans, file complaints about abusive TSA pat-downs and other violations, notify hotels and airlines about changes to personal travel habits due to this out-of-control government agency.

November 24 Is National Opt-Out Day for TSA Full-Body Scans

Full-Body Scan Image (Image Presumed Simulated)

Amid a growing furor over the Transportation Security Administration's intrusive full-body scans, a group is forming a national day of protest against the TSA's egregious virtual strip searches. Protest organizers are asking you to standup for your privacy on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (November 24, 2010) by opting out the radiation-based full-body scans and demanding the pat-down instead.

If enough people opt-out of the full-body scan , the TSA will be overwhelmed and be forced to rethink this horrible invasion of privacy. You have the right to avoid the radiation and the imaging of your naked body. When asked to go through the full-body scanner, all you have to say is, "I opt out." You will then receive the pat-down. If the TSA employee does not behave himself or herself, file a complaint immediately. You have a right to this.

Go to www.optoutday.com to learn more about this national protest and learn how to get back some of your privacy.

TSA Surpasses NAMBLA As the Largest Group of Child Molesters in America

Small Child Getting TSA Pat-Down

For many years, NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association) was the largest organized group of child molesters in the country. They have now been surpassed by the Transportation Security Administration. The TSA's controversial radiation-based full-body scans have put parents in a horrible predicament. If a child is selected for a full-body scan at an airport security screening checkpoint, the parent must then choose between having his or her child exposed to the radiation of the full-body scanner or subjecting the child to groping by a TSA employee in the optional pat-down. Either way, the child gets exposed to things a child should never have to endure: radiation, exploitation, and molestation.

No matter which option the parent chooses, the TSA will commit a felony against the child. If the TSA scans your child in a full-body scan, they will be capturing an image of a child's naked body. This is child pornography. Imagine if some adult were going to a playground with one of these full-body scanning machines in a van and demanding children pose for it with their arms and legs spread so he could virtually peak under their clothes. The pervert would be arrested within an hour and spend years in prison.

If the parent wishes to not subject the child to posing for child pornography, the child may have his or her entire body touched by an absolute stranger during a pat-down. TSA employees may even touch the child's genitals. Intentionally touching a child's genitals without a specific medical reason is child molestation. Imagine if a school teacher went poking around a random child's crotch to make sure the child did not have any contraband in his or her underwear. The teacher would be fired and arrested as soon as the parents found out about it.

This is what the TSA has brought us. They take naked images of our children or fiddle with our kids' genitals. Either way, the TSA gets to engage in felonious and exploitative sexual acts with whichever children they happen to choose from the airport security screening lines. This is a child molester's dream come true. They get to pick children out of a line (like a perverse smorgasbord of innocent young flesh) and then get to either allow a complicit colleague to virtually look under the child's clothes or just feel up the kid directly. Even better, the parent gives permission and stands by helplessly while it happens. Best of all for the perverts, they get paid to do this all day and never get arrested. The TSA is paradise for anyone who likes to look at naked kids or grope them, and your tax dollars are funding the whole thing.

Are you a parent? Are you concerned that a child molester might be thrilled at the idea of having a job where an adult gets paid to look at naked images of children and/or touch children's genitals? Does it bother you that a TSA employee may be finding sexual gratification by looking at or touching your child under the guise of security?

Census Worker Beats and Rapes Handicapped Woman

In Indiana, a volunteer Census worker, Daniel Miller, is being accused of breaking into a house he had previously visited on his Census rounds. In the house, he allegedly raped a beat a 21-year old handicapped woman. He probably gained knowledge of the handicapped woman while he was conducting a Census interview.

This is the fault of the Census Bureau. They are collecting information not required by the US Constitution. Collecting all of this extra information creates a need for lengthy interviews and visits to the interiors of people's homes. If the Census were just asking for a simple count of people as mandated by the Constitution, these interviews could be conducted in seconds at the door of the residence, by simply asking a homeowner one question: How many people live at this residence?

TSA Forces Handicapped Four-Year Old to Remove Leg Braces and Walk

According to Daniel Rubin of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Ryan Thomas had a bad experience while trying to board a flight to Disney World. Ryan, a four-year old boy with malformed ankles and weak leg muscles, wears leg braces to help him stand and walk. Well, on his way to Disney World, he had to pass through passenger screening and was ordered to remove his leg braces by a Transportation Security Administration agent. His parents objected, but the TSA agent insisted that Ryan go through the metal detector by himself without the leg braces. His parents could not even carry Ryan through.

The TSA claims this action was against their policies, yet it was done. A small boy was humiliated and put in danger, because the TSA agents apparently do not understand TSA polices. You can now rest well tonight knowing the brave people at the TSA are keeping our skies safe from handicapped preschoolers.

Drop the Deduction or I'll Shoot

The Internal Revenue Service is buying shotguns. Specifically, they are buying 60 Remington Model 870 Police RAMAC #24587 12 gauge pump-action shotguns.

With such a short barrel (14"), these are very aggressive weapons. This is not a weapon designed to wound. It is designed to kill instantly. One shot from a shotgun like this could easily kill a full-grown man. Shotguns like this are ideal for storming houses, engaging in close-quarters combat, and killing anyone who resists.

Hmm, what do you think the IRS has planned? This acquisition is probably part of their dependant-reduction program. It is nice to know the IRS is opting for stopping power when selecting weapons.

On the bright site, the IRS has good taste in weapons. Here is something very similar to what they are buying: http://www.remingtonle.com/shotguns/870tactical.htm. (The IRS shotguns will have an upgraded adjustable stock.) These are very nice, functional weapons, and any gun owner would want one in his/her collection.

As a private citizen, it is not legal for you to own a shotgun like this without a special permit, payment of extra fees, and submission of a lot of paperwork. This sort of weapon has been deemed too deadly to be owed by law-abiding citizens. At least you get the pleasure of buying one for the IRS when you file your taxes this year.

Pay your taxes or else!

TSA Employee Plants Fake Drugs on Passenger as a Joke

University of Michigan student, Rebecca Solomon, had a joke played on her as she was boarding a flight at the Philadelphia International Airport. As she was going through security, one of the Transportation Security Administration screeners, presented a small plastic bag of white powder and questioned her about it. When Solomon appeared to be sufficiently terrified, the unnamed TSA screener let her off the hook and let her in on the joke. Needless to say, Rebecca Solomon was quite shaken by the incident. The TSA joker is no longer working for the TSA.

Okay, so this was just a joke, but this shows what sort of people are working at the TSA. These jokers have tremendous authority and the power to destroy people's lives, and they are not necessarily responsible, rational people. What if the plastic bag had contained explosive material or drugs? What if this warped TSA screener just wanted to see someone go to jail for his own amusement? If he was sadistic enough to play a joke like this, maybe he could be sadistic enough to go further. Who knows how warped this TSA guy may be?

Well, maybe this explains how all of the terrorists are getting through security with explosives and weapons. We, the law-abiding citizens, are standing in long lines, holding our shoes, being treated like criminals, and getting felt up by frisky security guards while these TSA losers are goofing around, and letting the terrorists sneak onto the plane with exploding underwear.

So, we have all of this great security. It does not seem to be making us much safer. The only thing it seems to be accomplishing is making life more difficult for normal, non-violent citizens. The TSA should be ashamed of the people they employ, the way they abuse their power to violate the privacy of innocent people, and the terrible job they are doing protecting this country.
