Now the Transportation Security Administration is concerned with your hair, especially if it "poofs from the body." Actually, the TSA's official policy is apparently now to "examine anything that poofs from the body."
When Laura Adiele, a Black woman, attempted to board a flight at Sea-Tac Airport in Washington, she went through the TSA's full-body scanner. After accepting that dose of radiation, Laura Adiele was pulled aside for a pat-down. The TSA was not comfortable with her hairstyle (or perhaps they found it arousing) and they wanted to run their fingers through it.
Laura Adiele objected at first, but the TSA was not going to let her on her flight until they got to feel-up her hair, so she eventually complied. The TSA then spent some time rifling through the woman's hair. Of course, they found absolutely nothing, and Adiele got to board the flight and arrive at her destination with tussled hair.
So, even with all of their metal detectors, cameras, full-body scanners, explosive sniffers etc., the TSA cannot determine if a woman's hair is a threat to public safety or not without actually running their fingers through it. In reality, the TSA could have easily used their devices to rule out the woman's hair as a threat. When the TSA does stuff like this, they do not do it because they have to. The TSA does this because they can.
While the TSA was busy messing around in this unfortunate Black woman's threatening poofy hair, how many foreign nationals do you suppose walked right through TSA security wearing Muslim head-coverings?

TSA Misleading Public About Adult Diaper Incident
Feeling the heat from the public backlash against the embarrassingly invasive search on June 18, 2011 of a 95-year-old leukemia patient who has to wear a diaper and can barely get around without a wheelchair, the Transportation Security Administration is now attempting to spin the story by saying they never ordered the leukemia patient to remove her diaper.
The official statement from the TSA is, "We have reviewed the circumstances involving this screening and determined that our officers acted professionally, according to proper procedure and did not require this passenger to remove an adult diaper."
While that statement may be technically accurate, it is deliberately misleading. The TSA may have not actually demanded the woman remove the diaper, but Jean Weber, the daughter of the woman, said the TSA agents made it clear the woman was not getting on the plane unless they were able to inspect the diaper (or perhaps have it discarded). Jean Weber decided to remove the diaper.
This is all semantics. The old woman was trying to get on a flight. The TSA would not let her get on the flight until someone removed the diaper. There is not much of a difference here. The TSA can say, "Take off that diaper or else you are not getting on your flight."
Alternatively, the TSA can say, "You are not getting on your flight with that diaper."
There is a difference in those two positions, but the effect is essentially the same. This poor old woman was going to have to take off her diaper or miss her flight.
This is how the TSA operates. The TSA knows they have a tremendous advantage over you at the airport, because they have the power to make you miss the flight for which you paid hundreds of dollars and cause an extraordinary amount of inconvenience as you attempt to arrive in time to make connecting flights, check into hotels, pick up rental cars, etc. The TSA knows they have the ability to dramatically inconvenience you and effectively take away your right to travel freely about the country by air, and they will hold it over your head to get you to comply with all of their disgusting invasions of your privacy.
The TSA can say, "Let us squeeze your testicles and let us rub our hands around your anus, or we will not let you on your flight."
Alternatively, the TSA can say, "You cannot get on that flight unless you voluntarily let us squeeze your testicles and rub our hands around your anus."
The nuances of the differing statements do not really matter much. Essentially, the TSA wants to molest you, and they are going to use the ability to restrict your right to travel to make that happen.
The most ridiculous aspect of this whole adult diaper situation is how we are now engaged in a big public discussion over whether the old woman's diaper was removed by order or voluntarily as a condition of boarding a flight. The real problem here is the federal government is now in our pants. One of the last free places we had in this country was our pants, and now the government feels the need to look around in there too. When the federal government is looking around in the pants and up the dresses of innocent citizens, things have gone terribly wrong.
By the way, if you are taking solace in thinking, if the government is in your pants, at least there is nowhere else for them to invade, do not be so sure. Terrorist, Abdullah Hassan al-Asiri, has already successfully detonated a bomb concealed in his rectum. Do not be so sure the federal government will not want to peek in there someday too. Sure, it sounds like a crazy thought now, but ten years ago, did you ever imagine the federal government would be touching your genitals and taking naked images of you at the airport? You never thought that would happen, but it has been going on the entire time you have been reading this article. We should be absolutely ashamed of ourselves for letting the terrorists win like this. We have played right into their hands by choosing to live in a constant state of fear where privacy, dignity, and freedom mean nothing.

TSA Makes 95-Year-Old Leukemia Patient Remove Soiled Diaper for Search
Jean Weber of Destin, Florida is angry with the TSA. Her 95-year-old, 105-pound mother, who is battling with leukemia can barely walk. When the elderly leukemia patient went through a TSA checkpoint at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport on June 18, 2011 in a wheelchair, she was selected for an extensive search.
During the search, the TSA told Jean Weber to change her mother's diaper because it was soiled and impeding their search. Jean Weber did remove her mother's diaper, but did not have a fresh one to replace it. Presumably the elderly leukemia patient had to go without out a diaper until someone was able to locate a new one for her.
In all, the elderly, diaper-wearing leukemia patient was detained forty-five minutes. This is disgusting for so many reasons. This poor old woman is battling for her life. Some of us have read about the horrible practice of babies being used in exploding booby traps during the Vietnam War to injure American soldiers, so we cannot be too careful, right? What will happen if an al-Qaeda operative finds a book in a library and gets inspired to hide a bomb in a baby's diaper? Apparently, that is a tremendous threat, so the TSA is feeling up the babies now.

Don't Mess with Texas' Junk - TSA Pat-Downs Could Be Criminalized
Texas State Representative David Simpson is sponsoring a bill in Texas (HB 1937) that would make it a felony for a security officer who grants access to public buildings and public transportation to touch a person's anus, sex organ, or breasts (under or over clothes) without probable cause. The bill also criminalizes any touching by a security guard that would be offensive to a reasonable person. This could effectively end the intrusive portions of TSA pat-downs in Texas.
Also, Rep. David Simpson is sponsoring HB 1938, which would outlaw full-body scanners in Texas. This legislation would impose fines of up to $1,000 per day on those who operate scanner that allow government workers to look at people's virtually naked bodies.
Finally, a politician is standing up for the basic human dignity of innocent people. Is it any wonder that Texas is the pioneer in this effort?
All of the sissies out there are going to start peeing down their legs and crying, "Oh, no! The terrorists are going to find out about this lapse in security and flood into the Texas airports. They are going to be hijacking planes out of Texas every week!"
If you have ever met a Texan, the last thing you would think to do is hijack a plane full of them. Texans are tough people and will not sit passively in their seats while someone tries to bring down their plane. If you ever visit Texas, you will learn that "Don't Mess with Texas" is not just a motto. It is a way of life.

Miss USA, Susie Castillo, Sexually Molested by TSA Screener

The latest addition to an ever-growing list of people sexually molested by the Transportation Security Administration happens to be a celebrity. Susie Castillo, Miss USA 2003, recently went through a TSA pat-down in the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, and a TSA screener touched her breasts, butt, and thighs. She even touched Castillo's genital area four times. Susie Castillo is an incredibly attractive Latina woman, so the TSA screener probably got a little too excited by Castillo's exotic attractiveness and decided to get a nice feel of the beauty queen's vagina.
People are going to come to the TSA's defense and say a woman conducted the pat-down, so there could not have been anything sexual about the touching. Do these people honestly believe that none of the female TSA screeners are lesbian or bisexual? There are plenty of lesbian and bisexual women in other careers, why would there not be at least a small percentage working for the TSA? It is just a fact of life that some women are sexually attracted to other women. Even more women are sexually attracted to unusually gorgeous women.
Who is to say, this TSA agent did not abuse her power to grope Susie Castillo? Susie Castillo says her vagina was touched by this TSA agent, and the TSA seems to be encouraging this sort of touching. Susie Castillo's story is very believable. She plans to file a complaint with the TSA.
Castillo should not expect too much to come of her complaint, however. If she was molested by the TSA screener (and she probably was), Castillo needs to contact the local police, have the TSA screener arrested, and see that she is brought up on charges for sexual assault.
When you grab a woman's vagina against her wishes, that is sexual assault, right? The laws have not changed, have they? Just because a person is wearing a federal uniform, this does not mean they automatically get to go around grabbing vaginas all day. Hmm, well, actually that is the case right now, but that doesn't mean it is right. If a woman does not want someone touching her vagina, nobody should touch it. Is that such a difficult concept? Even if this sort of molestation is making people feel a little safer, we cannot live in a society where the federal government can just start rubbing people's crotches whenever there might be some sort of security threat.

TSA Validates Intrusive Pat-Down of Drexel Girl in New Orleans
If you thought the TSA's disgusting groping of the six-year-old Drexel girl in New Orleans was just an isolated incident, mistake, or deviation from standard operating procedure, think again. The TSA has come out and addressed this specific incident on their blog.
The TSA is confirming that it is their policy to pat-down small children in this manner. A procedure that is tantamount to child molestation is actually among the standard operating procedures of the TSA. The TSA is unapologetic about this incident and has officially confirmed they will continue to grope small children in this manner.
Wow, Michael Jackson would have loved to have worked for the TSA. They should put sequins on those rubber gloves to give the children the full Neverland Ranch experience.
TSA Pat-Downs Condition Children to Be Molested
Dr. Todd Drexel and Selena Drexel of Bowling Green, Kentucky are upset about the way a TSA agent patted down their six-year-old daughter at New Orleans Armstrong International Airport on April 5, 2011. The female agent intentionally touched the girl's butt, right breast, and inner thigh. The agent also stuck her fingers inside of the girl's pants at the waistband. According to the parents, the little girl was calm during the pat-down, but she broke down in tears afterward.
Of course, the girl broke down in tears. She just had her personal space violated by a stranger. Parents tell their children to not allow strangers to touch them in private areas of their bodies, but that is exactly what this TSA agent did. Not only did this agent upset this child by effectively molesting her, a precedent has been set in the girls mind that she may be touched by strangers under some circumstances.
People will argue that children get touched by their pediatricians on almost every visit, but this is different. The doctor's office is a secure, safe, and private place, and--most importantly--the child's pediatrician is not a stranger. The child understands it is okay to be touched by a known pediatrician in a doctor's office with a parent present. That is a very clear circumstance with well-defined boundaries and conditions.
Being fondled by some complete stranger in a crowded and chaotic public place (such as an airport) is an entirely different scenario. The boundaries are unclear, and the child may have a tremendous amount of trouble understanding why it might be okay to get fondled in public under some circumstances and not others.
The fact the TSA officers who are fondling these children are in uniform does not help much. All sorts of people own uniforms. To a child, a TSA agent is no different than the private security guard they might encounter in the bathrooms at the mall. Think about this through the mind of a small child: "If a uniformed authority figure can touch all over my body in a crowded airport, why should a uniformed authority figure not touch me in the mall bathroom?"
To an adult, the difference is obvious, but a child may not fully understand the difference. At the very least, a child who has already been felt-up by a TSA agent might be just a little more willing to be felt-up by someone else.
These horribly intrusive pat downs are technically child molestation, and they are conditioning children to passively accept being touched in their private areas by strangers. TSA Agent Pats Down Six-Year-Old Girl
In this YouTube video, you can see a TSA pat-down of a six-year-old girl. You will notice that the female TSA screener touches the girl's butt, sticks her fingers inside of the girl's pants at the waistband, rubs her inner thighs, and touches the girl's right breast.
If this occurred at a public park, mall, or school, the adult would be arrested and convicted of child molestation. It would be an open-and-shut case. The adult would go to jail and be a registered sex offender for life.
Any rational person would agree that adults may not touch children in this manner, but since this adult happens to be wearing a Federal uniform, somehow this is considered perfectly legal. We should be ashamed of ourselves for allowing children to victimized in this way.

TSA Misses Three Boxcutters at JFK Airport
The Transportation Security Administration has managed to publicly embarrass themselves yet again. The TSA let, New Jersey man, Eusebio D. Peraltalajara pass through security with boxcutters in his carryon luggage and board JetBlue Flight 837 to Santiago, Dominican Republic on February 26, 2011.
As Peraltalajara was stowing his bag, he accidentally discovered the boxcutters. To Peraltalajara's credit, he immediately notified the JetBlue staff. The plane was evacuated, the plane was searched, the passengers were re-screened, etc. Peraltalajara was not charged with any crime, and the incompetent TSA screeners are supposedly being disciplined and retrained.
Don't people remember that al-Qeada managed to pull off the most horrific act of terrorism in American history using several boxcutters? If the TSA is not capable of keeping boxcutters off of the planes, what good are they? This is not nearly the first such incident. TSA screeners are constantly failing tests where undercover agents attempt to sneak all sorts of contraband onto the planes. Fake bombs, guns, knives, etc. are making it onto the planes. The security failures are staggering.
The most irritating thing about all of this is that the TSA is so busy virtually gazing at our naked bodies with scanners and poking around in our crotches that they do not have enough time to actually look for any weapons in the luggage. So not only are we having our privacy and dignity violated by the TSA, they are doing very little to keep us safer.

TSA Gate Rape Resistance Gets Claire Hirschkind Arrested
On December 22, 2010, Claire Hirschkind, a 56-year-old rape victim was arrested at Austin-Bergstrom Airport in Texas after refusing a TSA pat-down. Claire Hirschkind could not pass through the full-body scanner due to safety concerns about a pacemaker-type device imbedded in her chest.
Hirschkind told a female TSA agent not to touch her breasts during the pat-down. The TSA agent insisted she would touch the rape victim's breasts. When Hirschkind refused to have her breasts touched by the federal employee, she was forced to the ground and arrested.
The story probably has a few more details that will certainly add to the reasons behind this woman being pushed to the ground. Logic says there must have been some sort of additional resistance, but this is the TSA, so logic is not necessarily applicable. Thee fact remains, however, that an innocent, law-abiding rape survivor with a pacemaker-type device was humiliated, inconvenienced, and tormented because she did not want a federal employee to touch her breasts.
How many more places can you imagine this going on? Imagine trying to walk into Grand Central Station and an NYPD cop stops you and says, "I am going to have to feel your breasts and crotch before I let you in the building."

Transportation Security Administration employee, Randall Scott King, has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping a woman from a MARTA parking lot at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and raping her. The TSA, the same agency that wants to capture images of you virtually naked, grope your genitals, and rub their hands all over your children's bodies, hires mentally unstable and violent sex criminals. The guy who is looking at naked scans of you tomorrow morning could be kidnapping and raping you tomorrow night. How can we possibly trust the TSA?

Amid a growing furor over the Transportation Security Administration's intrusive full-body scans, a group is forming a national day of protest against the TSA's egregious virtual strip searches. Protest organizers are asking you to standup for your privacy on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (November 24, 2010) by opting out the radiation-based full-body scans and demanding the pat-down instead.
If enough people opt-out of the full-body scan , the TSA will be overwhelmed and be forced to rethink this horrible invasion of privacy. You have the right to avoid the radiation and the imaging of your naked body. When asked to go through the full-body scanner, all you have to say is, "I opt out." You will then receive the pat-down. If the TSA employee does not behave himself or herself, file a complaint immediately. You have a right to this.
